    • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

    • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which does not constitute acceptance of your order.

    • The contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation email.

    • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

    • Payment must be made at the time of order via credit or debit cards.

    • Customers ordering from the United States are responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with U.S. import regulations, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, and restrictions.

    • We currently do not ship to Russia due to trade restrictions and sanctions. Customers attempting to place orders for delivery to Russia acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and that orders may be canceled if shipping is not feasible.

     

     

    6. Returns & Refunds

    • Customers may return ready-to-wear items within 7 days of receipt if they meet our return conditions.

    • Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging and tags attached.

    • Personalized or custom-made scarves are non-refundable unless faulty.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 days of receiving the return.

    • Due to the custom nature of personalised and bespoke silk scarves, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

    • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
