1.  Shipping Information

Processing Times:

  • Our orders are processed within specific timeframes: Bespoke orders within 30 days, Personalise*d* orders within 20 days, and signature collection orders within a week, if they fall on a weekday.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times:

  • We ship free within the UK and internationally at an additional cost.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 days if the order won’t fall on a weekday.

    • International Delivery: up to 10 days (may vary based on location and customs processing)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to their order.

  • Due to trade restrictions, we are unable to ship to restricted Countries, e.g., Russia

Shipping Costs:

  • UK Standard Shipping: Free of charge 

  • International Shipping: Europe £25 for locations such as America, Middle East & Far East £40

     2. Returns & Exchanges

Personalised & Bespoke Orders:

  • Due to the custom nature of personalised and bespoke silk scarves, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Ready-to-Wear Scarves:

  • Returns are accepted for ready-to-wear scarves within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds & Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method 3 to 7 days of receiving the returned item.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

 


 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@quintetlondon.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.
